You can manually manage these accounts from the cloud, or you can automatically downgrade them. ## Manage accounts manually * Access admin portal of your organization / customer * Navigate to `Devices` → `Accounts` * You can now filter accounts with the device filter, select the account and downgrade or remove it from the workstation ## Automatically downgrade admin accounts * Access admin portal of your organization / customer * Navigate to `Settings` → `Elevation` and enable the auto downgrade feature. * You can also specify the accounts that you would not want idemeum agent to downgrade.
