How are skills updated?
Skills are updated from the cloud automatically. When an admin publishes, changes, or disables a skill in the console, each agent picks up the change on its regular check cycle, about every10 minutes. Updates are downloaded over HTTPS, verified for integrity and correct structure, and applied at the agent’s next idle moment, never during an active run. If the cloud is unreachable, agents simply keep working with their current skills and update on the next successful check.
