Endpoint Care ships with a library of built-in skills covering the most common IT problems: the issues that make up the bulk of a typical helpdesk queue. Each skill is an expert-authored playbook that defines when it applies, the diagnostic and corrective steps it takes, the tools it is allowed to use, and how it escalates when a fix is out of reach.Built-in skills work out of the box: no configuration is needed, and they are updated automatically from the cloud.
