Today we offer the following AI agents for IT teams.

Assist

Assist is the agent employees talk to. It starts when an employee describes a problem, such as “my VPN won’t connect”, or when a proactive trigger detects one, such as a disk running out of space. Because Assist runs as a desktop app on the employee’s computer, it can repair the machine itself, fixing issues like low disk space or a broken VPN. It can also act in the cloud, for example to reset a password. Guardrails require Assist to ask for the employee’s consent before any sensitive action. Anything Assist can’t fix is triaged: categorized, enriched with diagnostics, and routed to the right team in your ticketing system. IT teams manage everything centrally: which skills are available, security policy, and a full audit of every run.

Conversational AI agent that resolves end user IT requests.

Automate

Automate runs IT workflows without anyone watching, such as onboarding an employee, adding a user to a group or assigning a license. It starts when another system sends an event, such as a new hire in your HR system, or on a schedule you set. Automate runs in idemeum cloud and works only through your connected systems, so nothing is installed on employee computers. With no user present, your policy approves each action, and every run is recorded in an audit trail.

Operate

Operate is the agent IT teams ask. When an admin asks something like “why can’t priya@acme.com sign in?”, Operate checks your identity provider, device management and RMM tools, covering account status, sign-in failures, MFA registration and device health, and reports the cause. Its diagnostic skills are read-only, so Operate changes nothing; any fix is a separate step the admin chooses.
