What is Endpoint Care?

Endpoint Care is an AI agent that lives on employee computers and resolves IT issues autonomously. An employee describes a problem in plain language. The agent diagnoses it on the device, plans a fix, asks for approval where it matters, and applies it. Anything it can’t fix is triaged: categorized, enriched with diagnostics, and routed to the right team in your ticketing system. IT teams manage everything centrally: which skills are available, security policy, and a full audit of every run.

How is Endpoint Care different?

Most IT tools live in the cloud, but most problems live on the device: a hung process, a corrupt mail index, a dropped VPN. Cloud tools can’t see the machine’s real state or act on it, so employees file tickets, wait, and re-explain. Endpoint Care is different in three ways:
  1. Endpoint presence - it sees live system state and acts on it directly.
  2. Autonomous reasoning - an LLM works out each specific problem, guided by expert-written playbooks.
  3. Governance - every action is planned, policy-checked, approved by the user, and audited. Nothing happens behind your back.
