Agent logs

idemeum desktop agent creates detailed logs that allow to troubleshoot any issues and misconfigurations.

Overview

idemeum desktop application also collects various logs as part of normal operation, including installation logs and authentication logs. Idemeum will keep logs for 3 days on a rolling window, and each file is named in the following format - IDMCP_month_day_year. At any given point in time you can access logs for the last three days.

Collect agent logs

Manually

Logs are located in the following directory - C:\Program Files\Idemeum Inc\Idemeum Desktop Client\logs. Collect the logs, and share with idemeum support team if you need help with troubleshooting.

Push from desktop

You can push the logs to idemeum directly from the workstation so that our team can take a look.

  • Login to the workstation where you need to obtain logs
  • Launch idemeum desktop agent and choose Send logs to cloud
