Audit logs

Overview

Idemeum collects audit logs to capture everything that happens in the platform: desktop events, user logins, configuration changes, passwords rotations, and more. The logs are aggregated in the cloud tenant and can be reviewed in the admin portal Audit trail menu section. Today we keep logs for the last 30 days on a rolling window.

How to access audit logs

MSP tenant audit logs

  • You can navigate to the admin portal of your MSP tenant and then access Audit trail in the left menu.
  • By default only the logs for the MSP tenant will be shown. But you can toggle the Include customer events and you will be able to see all audit logs across your customer tenants.

Customer tenant audit logs

You can also access each customer tenant directly, navigate to admin portal then Audit trail and review audit logs specifically for that customer tenant.
