How to configure RFID Single Sign-On for your organization.
Configure RFID SSO
- Navigate to your idemeum customer / organization admin portal
- Access
Settings→RFID SSO
Enable badge login for users- to use RFID SSO you first need to enable the productPassword onboarding- choose how users onboard with RFID badges. They can onboard with domain or Entra credentials, or you can choose to disable the password onboarding and do that manually. Learn more about onboarding below.

Users can onboard into RFID SSO with domain or Entra credentials.

Daily password prompt- you can enable daily password prompting for users. When users come to work in the morning, they tap the badge and get prompted to enter the password. Once they enter it once, they will be able to use the badge without passwords for the full day.Tap out mode- when users tap they badge you can perform session sign out or session lock.
