Delegate access to tenants

Delegate technician admin access to customer tenants

Global admin

You can assign a Global admin role to your technician. This way technician will have full access to all customers, devices, and credentials without any restrictions.

  • Access your MSP admin portal
  • Navigate to your Users section
  • Click on ... and choose Make admin

Tenant read-only administrator

You can decide which customer tenants your technicians can access. You can delegate technician access to certain customer tenants with a Read-only administrator role. This way technicians will be able to access customer tenants and view the settings but not change them.

  • Access your MSP admin portal
  • Navigate to your Customers section
  • Click on ... for a chosen customer tenant and choose Delegate admin
  • From the dropdown search for technician email address and assign the Read-only administrator role

Tenant administrator

You can delegate technician access to certain customer tenants with an Administrator role. This way technicians will be able to access customer tenants and change tenant admin settings.

  • Access your MSP admin portal
  • Navigate to your Customers section
  • Click on ... for a chosen customer tenant and choose Delegate admin
  • From the dropdown search for technician email address and assign the Administrator role
