The following requirements apply to idemeum Windows and macOS agents.
Operating system support
Windows
These are the operating systems and CPU architectures that have been fully tested by idemeum. Idemeum team will provide full support and troubleshooting for issues.

macOS
Apple support extends only to the three most recent versions of macOS. Idemeum advises that you should always keep your operating system up to date as a matter of best practice and optimal compatibility.

Network requirements
The agent does not listen on any port for traffic initiated external to the localhost, thus does not increase potential attack vectors. However, as outbound connections are made, any egress filtering performed by antivirus software, firewalls, routers, etc. would need to be opened.
