User and admin portals

Idemeum offers two portals for each cloud tenant - user portal to launch resources, and admin portal to configure settings

User portal

User portal is accessible by all user roles by navigating to a cloud tenant URL, i.e. https://customer.idemeum.com and logging in with a mobile app
This portal is used to view all resources that the user is entitled to - applications, credentials, desktops, and more

Admin portal is accessible by users with Global admin role or technicians with delegated admin access to a certain customer tenant
The portal is accessible at the URL with /adminportal at the end, i.e. https://customer.idemeum.com/adminportal
This portal is used to configure all settings for the tenant

To switch between portals use the button at the top right of the screen → App portal or Admin portal.
