Auto upgrade
Idemeum agent offers an option to auto upgrade whenever the new version is available.
You can update idemeum desktop agent manually or set up and auto upgrade feature. Every desktop agent will check with the cloud periodically to identify if the new version is available. In case there is a new version, desktop agent will perform and silent update, no restart required.

Auto upgrade is enabled by default for all new MSP tenants.
To configure auto upgrade:
- Access admin portal of your parent MSP tenant
- Navigate to
Settings→Desktop agent→Auto upgrade - Enable the auto upgrade and specify the time when the desktop agent needs to try to perform the upgrade process
